Nice take on Supers

It's a game of superpowered individuals, where excessive use leads to your character being overcome by the power-supplying virus within and being driven insane.
The breadth of powers is impressive - if you've got a concept of something vaguely super, it can probably be represented pretty accurately with little refluffing. For instance, it's child's play to stat up MGR's Raiden using Black Dog (lightning and cybernetics) powers.
The rolling system is novel, but may cause some misunderstandings during the first few read-throughs for those used to other exploding d10 systems, like WoD.
The only real weakness i've seen is that the pre-provided scenarios in the back of the book are determined to tell one specific story, and could very easily be derailed even by the best of players.
For instance, in the first scenario "Crumbling Days", the second player character is told that they have been tailing a suspected superpowered terrorist. In the second scene, said terrorist commits an act of terror, mumbles a few lines of dialogue, then leaves the scene. There is nothing prepared in case the players decide to chase him, as if the idea is unthinkable.
Later, in the same scenario, he kidnaps a PC's designated love interest right before his eyes from a fast food joint, and yet apparently gets away automatically, regardless of what the players want to do about it.
It's awfully railroaded, and therefore i'd argue undesirable for any roleplayers, old or new.
However, the sample scenarios are my only issue with an otherwise excellent corebook. The system is solid, the setting is interesting, and there's more than enough pre-statted NPCs and PCs to bulk out the game world. Even the scenarios can be of some use, if they're used to inspire ideas, rather than played by the book. Delivery time is exceptional. With an estimated one month shipping to the UK, imagine my surprise when it arrived in roughly a week!
All in all, i'd highly recommend it to anyone interested in the supers genre.

Very interesting story

I am not much for writing reviews but I will try a short one. This is another game about people with super powers that should feel bad about having powers. In this game, rightfully so as the over reliance of them will lead your character to losing everything. Very cool game. Super Fast shipping as a US resident and they even went the extra mile and sent me the errata for free!

A fantastic view into japanese tabletop RPGs

Solid mechanics, and the publisher/translator is very 'on-point' for any questiona and concerns.
If you have any interest in JRPGs Tabletop style, this book is right on the money.
