I started using this guide six months ago and am amazed at how we, as women, have the power to exercise and train ourselves to experience more pleasure for ourselves and our partners. I highly recommend the techniques for obvious reasons, but also to increase your sexual confidence, especially for those who have experienced childbirth. I just wonder if anyone actually did all the exercises ...

I just wonder if anyone actually did all the exercises...it takes such a big chunk of your free time!. I did the strength building with couple of cycle 2 exercises, and it takes at least an hour....I reckon to do all of them will take 2 hours per day , 5 days a week!. the first cycle exercises are the same as you find on many website, and I do wonder whether the rest have been added just to make a book???
